- 1 to 4 sunbeds per site: 150 € / month per site
- 5 to 10 sunbeds per site: 175 € / month per site
- 11 to 15 sunbeds per site: 225 € / month per site
- 16 to 23 sunbeds per site: 300 € / month per site
- 24 to 31 sunbeds per site: 375 € / month per site
- 32 sunbeds or more per site: 450 € / month per site
Multi-site discount on the platform subscription: −5% from 2 sites, −10% from 3 sites, −15% from 4 sites

Common questions about Solaryx.
Yes. Through dedicated relay boxes, beds start, count down and stop automatically, from a single bed to a full multi-room setup, with prep / running / ventilation phases and power-outage recovery. Once a session is sold, the customer can also start it from the bed's own start button, and Solaryx sees whether the bed actually ran.
Yes. The relay box connects to the bed with two wires (five when the bed also reports back), on the same input as a reception timer or a coin box. Another brand? Send us the model: we check it before installation and adapt the wiring if needed.
Yes, through Mollie, and you have nothing to set up. We open the account in your name, connect it to Solaryx and handle the whole payment side: cards, deposits, refunds and payouts to your bank.
Yes. Depending on your previous software and the data to transfer, migration is either included in the setup or billed once per site, confirmed with your quote.
Your data stays yours. On leaving you receive a complete export of your salon's data (customers, bookings, sales, signed documents, files in their original format) and keep at least 30 days to retrieve it. Only then is everything erased, on the partner platforms too.
We do, at no extra cost. Any new legal requirement (session durations, verifications, the obligations of your country) is built into the product and reaches you through the included updates. Same beyond the law: when several salons ask for the same thing, we build it once and everyone gets it.
